Cool Tips for Lehigh's Springtime Fair

www.acbreeze.net is our web based home.  We maintain and install air conditioning equipment all over the state of Florida.  We reside in Lehigh so keeping up with the happenings in our area is important to us.  This weekend Lehigh Acres is hosting it's annual Spring Time Fair at the Veteran's Park. This is a time that all the locals get out and spend some fun family time enjoying the entertainment and rides.  We want everyone to be safe and the weather is forecasted to be warm for most of the fair.  The following tips will help you keep cool and safe.

1. Wear sunblock of at least 30SPF to keep from burning. 
2. Use a portable cooler like shown below to keep cool
3. Keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water or a sports drink.  Alcohol makes your more dehydrated.  Soda can be very dehydrating also.
4. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather. 
5. Find shade and spend time resting.
6. Use bug protection for the evening time (don't leave home without the essentials)
